On December 29th, the Zhongnong Jinrui Labor Union held the second and sixth employee (member) representative conference in the conference room on the fourth floor of the company, with a total of 33 employee (member) representatives attending the conference. Wang Wenqing, Secretary of the Party Branch and General Manager of the company, attended the meeting, while Xu Shunlai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch and Chairman of the Trade Union, presided over the meeting.

According to the relevant provisions of the Trade Union Law and the Constitution of the Chinese Trade Union, the meeting discussed and approved the "Report on the Election of a Vice Chairman of the Trade Union (Draft)," "Election Measures for the General Assembly (Draft)," and "List of scrutineers and vote counters (Draft). By secret ballot, Liang Fang was elected as the Vice Chairman of the Second Committee of the Company's Trade Union.
Wang Wenqing, Secretary of the Party Branch and General Manager of the company, delivered an important speech.
