On January 10th, Du Qinghe, Vice Chairman of the Xinle City Federation of Trade Unions, and An Zengqi, Chief Staff Member, led a delegation to the company to carry out the "Sending Wanfu and Entering Wanjia" activity, conveying the care and blessings of the Party and the government to the hearts of cadres and employees in a timely manner. Xu Shunlai, Deputy Secretary of the Company's Party Branch and Chairman of the Trade Union, received the delegation led by the Municipal General Leader. This event presents 280 copies of Zhongnong Jinrui Spring Festival couplets and 200 desk calendars as gifts. After the event, the Xinle City Federation of Trade Unions held a symposium on "Promoting and Implementing the Trade Union Law to Safeguard the Legal Rights and Interests of Employees" in the conference room on the second floor of the company. The symposium conducted in-depth exchanges around the construction of the industrial worker team, the implementation of collective agreements, the standardized construction of workers' congresses, and the open and democratic management of factory affairs.
